Key takeaways from September's meeting:

-CRVL: The MABVI is awaiting further updates from Government

-Education: The next MPT cohorts starts in October with apprenticeships starting in early January 2025 for two months.

-Work Permit: There was discussion regarding new work permits being processed in time for the season as well as for the boat show.

-Social Media: The board will be starting a new social media campaign that will highlight each board member to discuss their role within the MABVI. The goal for the campaign is to raise awareness of the MABVI and to encourage new members.

We will meet next on Wednesday, October 30th at Peg Legs and Zoom.
